DESCRIPTION:This workshop is for people who’ve always been curious about acting but never thought of themselves as “actors.” You don’t need experience\, confidence\, or a loud personality — just a willingness to show up and try. \nWe work with simple\, accessible acting exercises that focus on presence\, imagination\, and connection. There’s no pressure to perform perfectly\, no memorizing lines\, and no being put on the spot. Everything is done step by step\, in a supportive group environment. \nThrough guided exercises\, you’ll explore what it feels like to step into a moment\, a character\, or a situation — and notice what shows up. Along the way\, you’ll learn practical tools actors use to relax\, listen\, and respond honestly\, skills that are just as useful in everyday life. \nSharing is always optional. You’re welcome to participate at your own pace\, observe when you need to\, and take breaks as needed. \nThis workshop is about loosening up\, getting out of your head\, and discovering that you can do more than you think — without pressure\, judgment\, or expectations. \nCome curious.
