Improvisation is a form of theater where nothing is planned or scripted—you make it up as you go.  Through guided, interactive games, you’ll get out of your head and into the moment—responding, reacting, and creating on the spot. It’s a freeing experience that brings out spontaneity, laughter, and connection with others.  Fun, easy to step into, and a great way to shake off stress and try something different.
