Vision Boarding – 7 Tips to Manifesting Your Dreams

What if your next vision board wasn’t about fixing your life, but about tuning into what actually excites you?

Vision Boarding is a powerful visualization tool that helps individuals articulate their goals through imagery and words. It serves to clarify intentions and keep aspirations at the forefront of one’s mind. By regularly viewing their board, participants can reinforce what they want out of life and stay motivated.  In a supportive group setting, you’ll be invited to reflect, share ideas, and explore new possibilities through imagery, conversation, visualization meditation and guided activities. Rather than simply assembling images, this experience helps you connect with what truly matters and translate that into a visual expression.  Each participant creates a personal vision board to take home—a meaningful keepsake that can be revisited as a source of clarity, motivation, and inspiration.  You’ll leave with new ideas, new insights, maybe some new friends, and a tangible tool you can return to again and again.

No artistic experience is necessary.  Participants should bring something to write with, a poster board, colored markers, scissors, and a glue stick.  Magazines for gathering imagery will be provided.
