How to Create a Character Monologue and Perform It!

August 18 @ 5:00 pm - August 27 @ 7:00 pm
$100 – $120

Ever watch a great monologue and think, how do they do that?

Think of a moment like Rocky speaking about never giving up—personal, direct, and powerful.

In this guided workshop, you’ll create a character and write a short monologue inspired by your own experiences or imagination. You’ll learn what makes a monologue work, then use a few simple acting tools to bring your words off the page and into the room.

In the final session, there’s an opportunity to share your monologue in a relaxed, supportive setting. Participation is always optional, and you’re welcome to invite friends or family. No  experience needed.

Cost: $100 Residents | $120 Non-Residents

What they say…”I tried something new, wrote my first monologue and did something I didn’t think i could – I performed it!”
